Structural Engineered flooring literally is structural in its design – due to it’s size and strength it is possible to be laid over battens/joists (given appropriate spacing of joints).  Although also suitable to be installed fully bonded to the subfloor, secret nailed or floated.   It has a plywood core for stability, and large wear layer which can be sanded down several times.

The range uses European Oak veneers picked mainly for it’s durability and attractive grain patterns and figure.

Tongue and Groove Flooring

T&G flooring offers the customer greater options in the way the engineered oak is installed.

It can be floated on an underlay over a smooth flat surface using PVA in the joints or glued directly to a concrete floor which is primed with a rapid liquid damp proof membrane.
